9. Corporation Tax including compliance, badges of trade, CT computations, capital allowances, anti-avoidance, chargeable gains, charges, distributions, loss relief, trading losses, terminal losses, other losses, etc.

11. Transfer of a Business to a Limited Company

13. Distributions of trading income from EU/Treaty companies

Refund Policy

Full refund for written cancellation received up to ten working days prior to the event but no refund thereafter.  An alternative attendee can be nominated at any time up to and including the day of the event.  There is no credit allowance for non-attendance.
